TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for Thb Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Mutton Pie. Potatoes. Turnips. Ground Rico Pudding: Stewed Fruit. GROUND RICE PUDDING. . One pint of milk, 2 tablcspconfuls of ground rico, loz. butter, 1 taolespoonful of sugar, 2 cstgs, a few drops of essence of vanilla. Bring tho milk to tho boil. Mix (ho ground rico with o littlo cold mill:, pour on the' Boiling milk, and returnlotho saucepan.. Boil until thick. Then add tho sugar, butter, nnd vanilla, and when cool the beaten yolk?. Add the whites beaten stiffly.' Pour into a'greafed picdish, bako in a moderate oven until well risen, and moderately brown. ,- FOE 'TO-MORROW.' Six.or soyon pounds shoulder of veal, veal forcemeat, cauliflower, chocolate.
