According to tho provisional Coronation programme, the King and Queen will receive tho colonial Premiers on June 21. Tho Premiers will bo entertained at dinner the samo evening by a member of tho Royal Family, who will probably be the Duke of Connaught. MR, M'GOWEN'S SEND-OFF. Sydney, February 21.
