APPLE CHARLOT'IE Three-quarters of a pint of breadcrumbs .'oz butter. 8 apples sugar to sweeten, grated nnd of half a kinoii, n htllo water Molt tho butter, mix it with the. crumb', stew tho apples with (ho sugir, water, and lemon rind, grevo a mediumsized piedi«h, lino it thickly with breid crumbs, fill up with tho apples, aiul co\cr with tho rest of the crumb-; Bike a light brown, turn out, and sift sugar over;- servo a custard sauce with it. FOE TO-MORROW. Neck of mutton Carrot- Turnips Blackberries', lib. suet.
