Gd., to which had to bo added estimated annual expenses ,£IOO Tho' deficit in 1910 was Jil!) 13?. Id., and tho vote, on account of the Year Book .£.10; total, JKIOS 10s. 10<!. Tho income was estimated at .t.128 Osi 10d., leaving .£577 10s. to be provided by the churches. It had: been decided to allocate districts as follow:—Auckland. JE22O; Wellington, .CNU; Canterbury. .£lll 10s. ; Otngo, ,£132. 'It had bcbii decided that; a loan of ,£250 from the sites fund be granted to' Svdcnham',' also that tho Oamaru properly bo not sold at present. An application from To Kuiti for a loan was referred to the oxecutive with power to net. Tho Pastors' Provident Fund Hoard reported that the credit : balance on capital account was .£3277 10s. Bd.. and on'revenue account JCIUB lGs. Id., while- interest received during the year was .£159 10s. Seven ministers had responded to tho invitation to become beneficiaries under the fund, and three were desirous of joining, but wcro debarred by one. of the rules. The report was adopted, ami tho rule' referred to was nmended. In the evenini! n missionary nicotin" was held, when Hio Rev«=. 1!. Mitchell and W. Tanner,! of the North Island, spoko of the work being done there.
