February 15, 1.10 a.m.) London, February 14.'. ■The "Daily Mail" states that'the Admiralty is asking for six Dreadnoughts for this year's Naval Estimates, but is willing to accept five. Mr. M'Kcnna, First Lord of the Admiralty, strongly favours five, but some of the Ministers propose four. The decision- is stated to be largely in. the hands of Mr. Lloyd-George, Chancellor of the Exchequer.
