IMPERIAL CONFERENCE.
(By Tolcgrapli-Prcss. Association.) Duncdin, February 13. , At a meeting of representative .citizens to-day it was clccidcil to.invito Sir.J.■ TJ. Ward to deliver a non-party address <mtho matters that will engage attention/at the Imperial Conference on the'occasion of his proposed visit to Duhcdin next week. It ii> anticipated that an address will bo given on Thursday, February 23. It has.been definitely settled that thb Imperial Conference . will meet on May 22 (says Hc'utcr's Agency). The Prime Ministers of. the..Commonwealth of Australia, the Dominion of Canada, the Union of South Africa, the Dominion of New Zealand, and Newfoundland will' he present, and tho Imperial Government has expressed the hope that in addition 1 to the Primo Ministers of tho Dominions there will be a full complement of Ministers. It is expected that tho conferenco will be opened by the British Primo Minister (Mr. Asquith). Other Australian Ministers who will be present are: Mr. Peareo. Minister for Defence, and Mr. Untchelor, Minister for External Affairs.
