A first-offendintr inebriate, who had been admitted to bail the nievious afternoon, had to be arrested a second time, end there woro two charges egainst him on Saturday morning. For thu first offence ho was convicted and discharged, and.for tho second he was fined 10s., in default .48 hours, imprisonment. Two other first offenders ■were dealt with, ono being fined 55., with tho alternative of 21 hours' imprisonment, and the other being convicted and discharged. ,
