By what right does this appointee of the Government forco his ridiculous fads on tho peoplo of New Zealand. They never gave him authority to do so. Tins reformative inotfiod is a crying injustice Dr. Findlay would almost seem to desire to usurp oven tho power of tho Throno, as your correspondent points out.
