rr—+—. ——'• • (From Our Own Correspondent.) When a horso was being ridden along Main Street yesterday morning, it trod on a dynamite cap, which exploded and slightly damaged tbo horse's foot. The steering gear of Dr. Bey's motorcar, wont wrong on Thursday, when passing tho mon working on tho road digging drains for tho gas pipes. Tho result was that ono of tho men received a very nasty buinp, tho car going right over him. Ho has been taken to the South Wairarapa Hospital for treatment. The Foresters' Hall is being converted into a skating rink to tho very great plcasuro of skaters.'
