DIVORCE.

A divorce action was concluded in the Palmerston 'North Supremo Court yesterday, which -has engaged tho attention of Mr. Justice Cooper and a jury during the past threo days. The petitioner was Charles London, of Opoua; farmer, for whom Mr. T. M. Wilford appeared. Tho respondent, Catherine London, wife of tho petitioner, was represented by Mr. H.' Cooper. Francis London, brother of'the petitioner, for whom Mr. J. P. Inncs appeared, was named as co-respondent. Petitioner claimed £'M damages. The jury gave their verdict for the petitioner and granted the divorce, with costs on tho highest scalo and .£4OO damages.
