That permission bo granted to the residents of Mem Streot, adjoining tho Town Belt, to cart manuro over the now road from Constable Street, subject in all.cases to'the consent of the. lessee being 'obtained. That in view of- tho ccberao for tho improve'-' ment of Lyall Bay, now being drawn up by the ..City "Engineer,: no further action bo taken in regard to.tho suggested removal, of the men's shed to another site.
