The local Territorials, under Liout.Colonel Hughes, went'into ..camp to-day for their annual training. There wero good musters of all ranks. Mr. W: T. Mansfield, engineer and town clerk at Mastcrlon, has been appointed engineer to tho Borough of Wanganui.
