« SYMBOLICAL CARS. By Tclecraph—Press Association—Copyricht. (Rec. February G, 9.15 p.m.) London, February 6. A scries of carnivals is being arranged in conncction with tho Festival of Empire. Tho city of London has voted .C2OO for a 'symbolical car and other citics arc also contributing cars. It is proposed that there shall bo a car for each of tho overseas Dominions. .
