Lloyd-Georgo addressed open-air meetings in Scotland, with his chest wrapped iu cotton-wool. He ought to have been iu bed instead of on tho platform, and~was now paying the price of his indiscretion. Tho paper adds that his friends hope that he will bo ablo to shortly resume his place in ' tho House of Commons.
