LIBELLING THE KING.
GERMAN PRESS OPINION. By Tdegraph-Press Association-Copyright. Berlin, February 3. The journal "Lokal Anzeiger" states that King George's action in regard to tho prosecution of Mylius for slander shows how sharply ho felt tho injury as a man and a father, and how little disposed he was to relinquish his right as a man and a citizen to combat such slanderers in person. The Monarch had defended his personal honour with his royal word, and thereby had most surely crushed the head of tho reptile of calumny.
