11 TRAINING SHIP, By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. Melbourne, February 4. Senator Pearce, Federal Minister for Defence, proposes to ask tlio Admiralty for the '(temporary uso of tho cruiser Psyche as a training ship for tho Australian Navy. Ho has also asked tho Admiralty to recommend an officer to act as Director of tho Naval College. Recruits for the scrrico are coming in lvell.
