By Telerrapli—Press Association—Oorrrisht '■ London, February 2. • The Executivo Committee of the Australasian Chamber of Commerce has reresolvcd that, from a national arid Imperial standpoint, tlio Declaration of London ought not to be ratified in its present form. NAVAL PRIZE BILL. PARLIAMENT ASKED TO REJECT IT. (Rec. February 3, 8.55 p.m.) London, February 3. At a meeting of the Baltic Exchange, under the auspices of tho Imperial Maritime League, it was decided to appeal to Parliament to reject the Naval Prize Bill. The meeting demanded tho complete repudiation of the Declaration of London. Mr. Gibson Bowles contended that Sir E. Grey was misled by trusting mainly to underlings and consulting neither seamen nor lawyers familiar with international law. I
