DISESTABLISHMENT PROPOSALS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Rec. February 3, 10.30 p.m.) Lcntion, February 3. Tho Rational Convention of Welsh Nonconlormists held at Cardiff demanded tho disestablishment and disondowment of tho Church in AYales immediately after tho Parliament Bill has been adopted. Mr. Lewes, M.P. for Flintshire, speaking afterwards, urged them to trust Mr. Lloyd-George, their hostage m tho Cabinet. It was hopeless to expect the measure to lie introduced in 1911, but he believed it would be effectively dealt with next year.
