The following are tho points scored:—Cotton, 181; Cheltenham, 171;- Foxton, 171; Taonui 1G8; Eata, 161; Halcombe, 101; Ohakea, 1C0; Ruabiiie, 157; Silverhope, 157; Spur Road, 155; Stanway, 1-18; Ranßiwahia; 143. Cheltenham and Foxton will divide Bccond and third prizes. Three special prizes of .£1 10s. and ss. irere offered for the best diaries kept in the competition, and they were won by Annio M'Kenzie, Ruahino School, 1 ; Dileen M'Cormick, Ruahine School, 2. Elsie Cuff, Halcombe School, 3.

The. special, prizes for. best display of (lowers growing in school gardens were tvon by the Colyton .School (,£¥), Foxton getting the second prize (.£1), and Silverhope school got third place.
