HORTICULTURAL SHOW.
There was a Rood attendance yesterday at Si, Thomas's Hall on the occasion of. the second day of tho Wellington South horticultural show. Prizes were distributed to tho children who had been successful. Special mention should bo- made of the fine exhibition of sweet )>ras- and rose* by Mr. ]i. A. 2'oxi as also of tho dahlias by Mr. A. J". Smith and the rojes-of Jfr. Skelley, all of-which were for exhibition -'only; ;'■'.■"'-
