Timothy Donovan, against whom there were 49 previous convictions, was sentence;! to a month's imprisonment for drunkenness, while lor broach of a prohibition order lie was convicted and discharged. Thomas Callaghan was convicted and discharged for drunkennessand was fined 405., with the alternative or seven days imprisonment, for procuring liquor during the currency of a prohibition order. ~lohn ArKia, charged with drunkenness, had been convicted°on 22 previous occasions.
