PREMIER'S VISIT TO ENGLAND. By TcleEraph-Prcss.AssnMn.linti-Cor.vrlßlit Sydney, February 1. Mr. M'Gowen, the Premier of New South Wales, will represent the State at the Coronation, leaving on March 15. He will be accompanied by the Undcr-Secre-tar'y for 'Finance (Mr. J. W. Holliman). During the absence of the Premier Mr. W. A. Holman (Attorney-General) will be Acting-Premier. While in England Mr. M'Gowcn will inquire into a nuinb'er of matters of importance to the- State, • including thi* flotation of loans. He-hopes to arrange to cut out underwriting charges. Mr. M'Cowen states that tho State revenue is so prosperous that there will bo no need of any loan money for some time. ' '.'".'' The Hon. T. A. Ccgulan's appoiut.ment as Agent-General has been extended for a further period of twelve months.
