Tho Revolutionists are declared to have captured Galanea and San Buena Ventura. BATTLE WITH DESPERADOES. New York, January 31. A Texan posse overtook tho threo Rowe brothers, the Mexican desperadoes 'who murdeVod Inspector O'Connor, near Fort Hancock. A battle ensued, and one brother was wounded and captured. It is expected that the others will be killed, or will surrender before tho morning.
