'The plough is very much in evidenca on.this station; a large area is constantly , being broken in. Since the present owner took.over tho station it.has been greatly improved, and ■ is now to a largo extent giving .the harvest which was sown by Mr. Holmes Warren, the managing part-ner-of the firm who owned "Tiraumea," and who. is now at Turanganui, on the east cf Wairarapa Lake. Joining "Tiraumea" on the right is "Waterfalls," a smaller station. It . was. here that Mr. ißurling, the centenarian, resided for some years. Since he went to Waikanae the >property.has changed hands . several times. It ; is now owned by Mr; Foreman,; from the. Tinui Valley.
