An old Velasquez picture has l,i?r>!i' discovered in a lumber-room on the (.-late c f the Prince of Parma, at Sck.vir.un, mar Vienna. It is supposed to be the iiclurc of King Philip 1\ , represented as a rider, which excited much admiration at the time. An English art dealer has U uaht the picture for .£BO,OOO.
