In referring to the Osborne judgment, tho Labour Party's report complains of the growing habit of Judges in displaying political bias on the Bench. v If tho Bench is to bo occupied by political partisans who have neither self-control nor common decency, and if the responsible authorities decline to remove Judges abusing their position, tho Law Courts will cease to enjoy deference and respect, and their judgments will fail to carry tho acquiescence of the public.
