A'THOUSAND FOUNDLINGS DEAD. St. Petersburg, January "24. The Foundling Hospital at'Ekaterinosiav, in ' Southern Russia, has been closed tho staff arrested. A thousand out of 10G0 infants received during" the last six months died, chiefly of starvation.
