NEW BISHOP OF WINCHESTER.
DR. TALBOT APPOINTED, By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. London, January 20. The Bishop of Southwark (Dr. Talbot) has been appointed to the See of Winchester, in succession to Dr. Ryle, who has accepted the Deanery of Westminster. Dr. Armitage Eobinson, until lately Dean of Westminster, owing to health reasons recently accepted the less strenuous position of Dean of Wolls. ,
