North Island. l As a matter of 'fact there are '11 members for this island, against 35 in tho So that' if tho census shows that the North Island, has increased in the s'aino proportion; over, the South,, as in previous terms,. the South will stand to lose, two seats, bringing it down to 33, as against 43 in the North, which is tlio samo as you anticipated—l am, etc., A, H.
