A number of us have had previous cxperienco of this worl:, and have become proficient". Inducements aro being offered by private employers to men to work at higher rates of wages than we are now obtaining. Wherefore we humbly petition you to rccommend a minimum wage of Is. 3d. per hour (o all the, labourers employed in the work."
