Melt- the butter, cook the flour, and brown well. Add the stock and stir until it boils; boil three minutes. Add a little sauce and strain over the muttou.

FOR TO-MORROW. Quarter pound Macaroni, lib. Tomatoes. .Neck of Mutton. Capers. Cabbage.
