CHBISTCHURCH TOURNAMENT. (By Telesranh—Press Association.!, CHristchurch, January 18. The bowling tournament was continued to-day in fine weather. Games in the doubles tournament played were:— Liuwood green: Caledonian (Kea'st) and Christchui'cii (Giiemey) play off to' decide the greeu winner. United A green: Sydenham (Spiller) and Edgeware (Hill) meet to decide the sectional winner. Sydenham (Tatlor) beat Victoria (Townssnd) in the final. United 3 green: Sunuysido (Brackenridge)'and Dnnedin (Taylor) play off and the winner will meet Opawa OVright) for the green winner. Sydenham gfeen: Gvteumeadows (Crowley) was the green winner, beating Tiiuaru (liarrison). . , S.unnyside green: Kaituna (Baillie) was the green winner, beating United (Brown). Opawa green:.Waimato (Akhuvst) won his section, and Green Island (M'Donald) won his section. Canterbury green: Kaituna (Cooper), Taieri (Stevenson), and Itoslyn (Wcaiiorspoon) tied. Cooper beat Weddcrspoon. Stevenson, r. bye. Cooper and Stevenson' play oft' to decide tho sectional winner. In section D,,Punedin (Harraway), Sydenham (Culvert), and Balelutha (Bragg) tied for stctional winners. Harraway defeated Culvert. Bragg, a bye. Harr'aivay meets Bragg to decide tho sectional winner. Kaiapoi green, sectional winners: Waimate (Goidstone) and St. Kilda (M'Curdy). Kangiora green: Wellington (Moult) won his section, and will meet St. Albans (Bosomworth) for tho green -winner. JOHNSONVILLK CLUB. The following will represent the Johnsonvillc Club in th'o Senior Pennant match versus Wellington on Saturday next:—Away, Jeffreys, Bethune, l'etrie, Hanson (s.); Green Styles, Turner, Sloane (s.).
