Sydney,. January 18. , Mr. Justice Gordon has granted an interim judgment against tho Illawarra. Colliery Employees' Association restraining them from paying a .£2OO subscription to tho Federal Coal "and Shale Workers' Association. Counsel stated that as the objects of tho federation were political the diversion of the union funds to it fell within tho prohibition of the Osborne Judgment. •,
