Hislop,' jun., representative for Messrs. Reddaw.ay anil Co. Mr. J. P. Luke, M.P., proposed the health of Mr. F. Reddaway, which was responded to by Mr. A. It. Hislop,jun., 011 behalf of Mr. Reddaway. "The institute of Marine Engineers" was proposed by tho Hou. James .Carroll, coupled with tho name of the president and secretary, who responded in suitable terms.
