The most pressing needs cf tho Hungarian Exchequer would thus bo met, and time would bo regained to seo what aspect tho financial situation of Hungary and, of .the Dual Monarchy will present after the estimates have been presented to 'the Austrian and the Hungarian Parliaments and the joint, estimates .to the delegations for 1910 and 1911, which are expected to meet in October and, in December, next.i
