Tlio schooner Emma H. lias arrived at Halifax, tlie crew reporting that owing to gales they had been obliged to abandon tho voyage to Victoria (British Columbia), and that the captain had been lost overboard. Suspicion litis been aroused as there is no appearance of the slightest damage to the vessel, anil it is believed that there has been a plot, to murder the captain.
