As Mr. Bowling's arrangement with the federation • has been fulfilled, it is competent for other arrangements to he made with him, and it is understood that Mr. Laracy, who was one of the conveners of tho public, meeting abova referred to, is at present iu the North Island, aud his mission..is ..supposed to have sonic connection with the proposals to 'retain Mr.- Bowling's services'as an organiser.
