EXTRAORDINARY- DOINGS. (By Telegraph—Pres? Association.) Auckland, January 15. A -religious revival of a far-reaching character is iu progress amongst the Maoris of Taharoa, in the Kawhia district, aud some very curious occurrences arc reported. It is said that the Natives now expect a providential supply of food, aud aro passively waitiug the provisioning of the settlement by scriptural ravens, as in the case of .Elijah.,' They aro holdins daily services with an extraordinary mixture of ancient and ..modern -rites. 1
