(Specially, written for Inn Dominion.) : MONDAY. , Curry. "Totatoes. French Beans.' Currant Dumplings, v '•>■; v •-CURRANT DUMPLINGS. ■ Three-quarters pound of flour, 4oz. finely-chopped suet, 1 • teaspoonful ,of baking, powder, J teaspoonful of salt,' 4- or soz. .of currants, about 1J gills-of water. • Mix all the ingredients into a dough with, the water, and divide into 8 pieces, as nearly tho same size as possible; form into balls on a floured board. Havo a etiwpan with fast-boiling water. Put the dumplings in one bv one; keen them briskly boiling for 20miri.'... .Serve immediately on. hot folded napkin, and eat 'with butter'and brown sugar. Stewing prunes, cut into small pieces, are a nicq substitute for currants. FOR TO-MORROW. Sheep's head, turnips,- gj-ound ginger, : euet.". ■
