THE DUDDING LINCOLN FLOCK.
Some of tho friends and admirers of Mr. Henry. Dudding, of Riby, tho wellknown shecpbrcoder, have conceived the idea of preserving to tlio County of Lincoln and tlio country generally tho liamo and reputation which he has made ' as an oxceodinglv successful breeder of sheep (says'the "Mark Lano JliXpro3S ). With this objeefc.in view, it is.proposed to form a private limited company for the purposo of continuing tho business carried on -by Mr Henry Dudding, as "Henry Dudding,' Limited," under the managing directorship of Mr. Dudding. Mr. success as a shcepbreeder and exhibitor has been wonderful, and ho has attracted t-o his annual sales buyers from all parts of tho world. Owing to tho fact that Mr. Dudding is a bachelor and has no relative of the same namo capable of succoeding him, the above is tlie only way in whicli tlio r.amo and goodwill can bo preserved, and by which tho ultimate disposal of his pedigree (locks, and valuablo herds of cattlo can bo avoided. Major Crosby, of Grimsby, has the mattor in hand. Tho only surviving brother to Mr. Henry Dudding is Mr. Horatio Dudding,- at Greytown, New Zealand.
