Attention is further directed to tho provision in the Municipal Corporations Act that a husband ajid wife entitled to registration may also enrol their wifo or husband by virtue of their,own qualification, but this must be done by the Elector on tho usual application form. The Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910, provides that, all residents of one veaf in New Zealand, and of three months last past in the. District or' Ward of a' District, who are of the age of 21. years and over, aro entitled to be enrolled. This apsjies to those of both sexes, whether resident at homo or in lodgings, who have not hitherto been included.
