The Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910, provides that, all residents of one veaf in New Zealand, and of three months last past in the. District or' Ward of a' District, who are of the age of 21. years and over, aro entitled to be enrolled. This apsjies to those of both sexes, whether resident at homo or in lodgings, who have not hitherto been included.
