COASTAL STEAMER WRECKED
B« Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. (Hoc. January 12, 11.15 p.m.) Sydney, January 12. A strong south-easterly . galo with heavy .rain lias been raging since yesterday night. The coasting steamer Rosendalo has been wrecked at the Bellringer Hivcr Heads. The crow and passengers are safe.
A high sea is running, and shipping is sheltering. Incessant heavy rain has continued since last night, and six inches fell in Sydney up to three o'clock this afternoon. '
