Grease a pudding basin, > slii'ed and chop tlie suet, mix tho Hour, suet, baking powder, arid salt' together.' Hake a well ,aml mix to'a stilt paste with cold water. •Turn on to a. fio.urcd board and roil out .about-Jin. thick; lino the basin; pick tho currants, and fill ■ the basin 'with them and .sugar to. taste and a little water. ■Cover with the vest of the crust rolled out .thinly.' Tio down tightly with a pudding cloth, arid boil'for two hours. Serve .with cream. ; FOE TO-MORROW. Flounders. Vegetable marrow. One tin of peaches. Breadcrumbs.
