THE CONFERENCE;.' The preliminary meetings of the: annual Primitive Methodist Conference will be held to-dav. Tlie Stationing Committee meets at the AVebb Street Church at 10 a m and the Itinerant Preachers' Friend, ly Society at the same place at 2.30 p.m.. Conference public meetings will be held at Pctone and Tawa Flat .this evening. To-morrow the conference itselt will ba opened at 9.30 a.m. by the Rev. S. Henderson, and will.be continued until tha following Thursday. "Fixtures during tha conference include a ' missionary garden party in Mr. R.
