(Specially written for TnK Dominion.)
TUESDAY. Grilled steak. Potatoes. Tomatoes. Apricot eggs. APRICOT ECIOS. Cut rounds of sponge cake with a cutter about an inch thick. Put on each round half a stewed apricot and some of tho juice. Cover with whipped cream. Pile it up daintily on each separate round and servo ou a glass dish. FOR TO-SJORROW. 21b. steak. lox kidney. Pastry. Cabbage. Stale sponge cake. Marmalade. Lemon peel.
