FATAL SHOOTING AT A HOTEL. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. New York, January 8. , Trnscott, a.'wealthy oil magnate, quarrelled with D. S. Neeloy, another oil magnate at a hotel at Caney, Kansas. Truscott shot Neeley dead. He was arrested and released on bail.
A dispute oyer a valuable oil lands claim started the trouble.
