CULLINAN DIAMOND IN SCEPTRE. (By Telegraph—Press Association, Copyright) (Rec. January 8, 5,5 p.m.) London, January 7. On the occasion of the Coronation in June, the larger part of the Cullinan Diamond, now called tho Star of Africa, will be sot in tho Sceptre, making it the most magnificent in tho world.

The smaller portion of the stone will bo set in the front of the Crown, below tho Black Prince's ruby. It will replace tho great oblong sapphire, which will be transferred to the back of the' Crown,
