Durinc tho period of 23 working days ended September 31 last,- the Waihi Goldmining Company crushed and treated 33,591 tons of ore for a return of bullion of an estimated ■value of £G4,<46. This shows a decrease of £372*1. compared with the preceding return (£68,170 from 35,549 tons) for tho full working period ended November 26. It "will be r.otcd that about 2GOO tons less were treated in the December period. The total value of the bullion won from the mine during 1910 (corrected to July 9) is £916,081, and the gross output from the property to date is £9,096,299. Both totals will be increased when the a mounts actually realised bv tho bullion shipped Homo during tho last six months "f tho year are mado known. On the figures so far available, the total yield for 1910 shows a decrease of £43,513 compared with the £959.594 realised on tho 1509 mitput. This deficit will in all probability. bo considerably reduced, when the actual returns are compiled.
