Before Justices of the Peace, in the Police Court, on Thursday, a. man named James Colliwrwood \,wns charged with stealin" a gold watch, the property of Geo. Harbroe. Accused pleaded not guilty. After hearing evidence, and taking into 'consideration tho fact that accused had three previous convictions against him, he was convicted and sentenced to two mouths' hard labour in Wellington Gaol. «i
