He reports that an arrangement has .been arrived at under which the wage* for engineers and journeymen has been fixed nt Is. The workers included within the scope of the.award.are. fitters,,turners, patternmakers, motor mechanics, .millwrights, milling machinists, tool makers, coppersmiths,' and blacksmiths. The award will operate for three years.
